20-01-2026: The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 12th February, 2026.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 12th February, 2026 inter-alia, to consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025.
The Company shall intimate the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges upon the conclusion of the Board Meeting and will arrange for announcement of the same in Press as required under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
